During this time you are learning your little human and embracing the new you. The postpartum period is about healing and reconnecting with your mind, body and spirit. Reiki in The Fourth Trimester session focuses on healing your body on all levels. Not only will we balance your energetic field, I will empower you to appreciate the postpartum period journey. Through birth processing, guided meditation, and spiritual practices and rituals.
