Postpartum Baby Yoga flows through gentle yoga postures assisting the birthing individual with embracing their body after delivery as well as bonding with the baby. Our class incorporates breath-work, meditation, and body awareness while empowering the relationship with each other; offering supportive healing and relaxation.
