Service Description

Oftentimes we do our best to put our best side forward, hiding and sometimes denying our challenges and struggles. Mirror and Reiki allows you to safely and lovingly explore the shadow of one’s self. Through journaling, guided meditation and other spiritual practices and rituals, I will empower you to tap deeper in the unfiltered authentic version of yourself. Are you ready to open your mind, body and spirit to rediscovering all of the magnificence that is You, even when everything else around you looks crazy AF.  Spiritual shadow work is not a substitution to mental health therapy. Shadow work can work in partnership with therapy as well as other holistic practices to bring you back to who you were always meant to be.
